Scheduled for construction in spring 2024, Batey Square will be a tribute to Dr. Georgiana Batey, Skagit County's pioneering female doctor. This five-story mixed-use edifice will feature over 15,000 SF of commercial space and 138 rental units, offering a mix of studios, 1BR, and 2BR apartments. The site will be a hub of family-friendly establishments, connected via walking paths to Janicki Fields and enriched with private and public amenities, aiming to open its doors for occupancy in fall 2025.
